Dear Terrence,

I want you to know that I appreciate all of your hard work. I think you are a very creative and talented person and I realize you have given an incredible amount of those talents and results to me and my company since you have been here. I have always tried to teach you as much as I know about ice carving and thought I have given as much of my knowledge back to you in return for your productivity. I hope I have more to give to you in the near future and ask that you stay here as long as possible and continue your quality.

I know I fail sometimes in not acknowledgeing the contributions of certain individuals when I should. This is my fault and I am always trying to improve in this area. I hope we can overcome any misunderstanding and get back on a great working relationship.

So you know too, I constantly receive compliments on the carvings we deliver and set-up. These compliments belong to you because so many are for the pieces you have created.
